Consano PDX was a huge success! Not only did we have a wonderful night of amazing food, great music by Patterson Hood and fun with friends, old and new, we raised…

…wait for it…

$100,000!!!!!

That is double what this event netted last year! This is exciting to us on so many levels. Not only does this funding allow us to continue to direct 100% of every project/Honor Fund donation to that project, but it is a testament to the growth of our community! We are beyond lucky to have such a kind and generous community filled with people and companies that believe in our mission. We literally couldn't do it without you all! Stay tuned for more pictures in the coming week from A Side of Soul Photography!

We're gonna party like it's 1999!

For those of you in the Portland-area (or for those of you who need an excuse to make a trip to the Portland-area), I'd love to see you at our October Consano fundraiser. Here are my Top 10 reasons to attend the event:

  1. Consano continues to direct 100% of each donation to the project you choose. We can do this because of your generosity at this event, which supports our day-to-day operations.
  2. There is going to be some amazing food from local Portland favorites St. Jack, Lardo, Grassa, Nostrana all coordinated by the amazing ChefStable.
  3. There are going to be some delicious spirits to enjoy. And I'm not talking about ghosts! 
  4. How about some Frice Pastry yumminess (yes, I just said yumminess)?!
  5. Salt & Straw. Enough said.
  6. A silent auction with some fun goodies!
  7. Patterson Hood of Drive-By Truckers will be performing a set. For real!
  8. You can meet my boyfriend NED (No Evidence of Disease) and also my husband Scott. They're both super-nice!
  9. It is going to be an amazing night celebrating the wonderful community that has supported us from day one. And let me tell you, this is a fun bunch! No joke!
  10. I'm asking you to come, and you know how persuasive I can be.
